3. Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may file a counter notification including your signature, identification of removed material, a good-faith statement, your contact details, and consent to jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

CheckGeo.com will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
